How long until my order ships?
Everything is made to order. Tees, hoodies, mugs and gear usually arrive in 5 to 10 business days from the day you order, hats in 6 to 10, and engraved dog tags in 8 to 14. The shipping page has the details and the Christmas order-by date.
How much is shipping?
A flat $5.95 to anywhere in the United States, and free when your goods total $75 or more. We ship to US addresses only for now.
What size should I order?
Open the size chart on any product page. Our tees are unisex and true to size, and the garment-dyed ones are relaxed. The hoodies run small, so order one size up. If you are between sizes, go up.
Can I return or exchange something?
Every item is made for you after you order, so we can't take returns or exchanges for fit or change of mind. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, we replace it. Details are on the returns page.
My order is wrong or damaged. What now?
Send us a message on the contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a clear photo. We will send a replacement.
How does personalization work?
Pick a personalized product, type up to four kids' names (and birth years where the item has them), choose one of three fonts and watch the preview update. You confirm the spelling, add to cart, and we make exactly what you typed.
I made a typo on a personalized item. Can you fix it?
Send us a message on the contact page as soon as you notice, with your order email. If production has not started we will try to correct it. Once it is made, we can't change it. That is why the form asks you to check the spelling.
I have more than four kids. What now?
Send us a message on the contact page before you order. We'll tell you what is possible.
How do I use my 10% code?
Join the Watch with your email and we send a code for your first order. Enter it on the Stripe checkout page. One code per customer, and codes can't be combined.
