Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website and your purchases from Third Shift Dad, a brand of Hive Asset Group, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. Shipping is a flat rate, or free over the threshold shown in the cart. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is accepted when we start making it, and we may cancel and refund an order we can't fill or that looks fraudulent. We ship to US addresses only.

Personalized items are your responsibility

For personalized items, you are responsible for every name, year and spelling you submit. Before you can order, you confirm that you checked them. We make exactly what you approved, so see our returns policy: we replace items that arrive damaged or misprinted, and we can't replace items for a spelling or year you approved.

You confirm you have the right to use the text you submit. We may decline or cancel an order with text that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights.

Made to order

Every item is made after you order, usually by production partners. Colors can vary slightly between screens and the real item. Product images on this site are design mockups and illustrations, and may differ from the finished item.

Discount codes

A code, such as the one we send when you join the Watch, is for one order per customer, can't be combined with another code, has no cash value, and may be ended or changed at any time. Enter it on the Stripe checkout page.

Shipping

Delivery times on the shipping page are estimates. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, write to us and we'll sort it out.

Our content

The name Third Shift Dad, the logo, designs, text and images on this site belong to Hive Asset Group, LLC or its licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping that burdens it, no attempts to break it, and no false orders.

Blog and email

Blog posts and emails are general information and opinion, not professional, legal or safety advice. Use your own judgment for your own family.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hive Asset Group, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and orders are covered by the terms in effect when you place them.
